Am I required to store long-term?

You can stay as long or as short as you want. You can move out anytime with no advanced notice.

What can I park?

RVs, Boats, Trailers, vehicles, or anything else that is on wheels and roadworthy. (Tabs and insurance must be up to date.)

How do I pay?

You can set up autopay from a credit or debit card when you rent your stall via the website.

Do you have any indoor or covered units?

No, we only have outdoor uncovered stalls.

When do I have access?

You have access 24 hours a day year-round.

Is the snow plowed?

We do our best to keep the drive aisles plowed but if we get a lot of snow it may take a couple of days before we get done.

How do I move out?

After you have physically moved out, go to the home page on our website and scroll down to the bottom and click "Log in for current tenants" Log in, then click "Move out"

How do I rent an additional stall?

Go to the home page on our website, scroll down to the bottom, click "LOG IN FOR CURRENT TENANTS" Log in, then click "ADD ANOTHER UNIT"

How do I change my card on file?

Go to the home page on our website, scroll down to the bottom, click "LOG IN FOR CURRENT TENANTS" Log in, then click "BILLING INFORMATION". From there you can change your card on file.

How do I switch stalls?

Go to the home page on our website, scroll down to the bottom, click "LOG IN FOR CURRENT TENANTS" Log in, then click "ADD ANOTHER UNIT" and then physically move to your new stall. Then Log back in and click "MOVE OUT" and move out of your old stall.
